Our Operations team is the backbone of our business

From customer service to technical inspection, this diverse group’s primary function is to ensure the effective oversight and management of Triton’s large equipment inventory to help keep global commerce moving forward. Our globally connected Operations team are in the field every day, serving our customers by providing efficiency and certainty in an unpredictable world, upholding Triton’s position as the world’s largest and most reliable container leasing company.

"As a Maintenance & Repair Manager at Triton, I play a critical role in ensuring our containers meet the highest quality standards while keeping operations efficient. I work closely with depots, vendors, and regional teams across North America overseeing IICL and CW inspections. In addition, negotiating repair costs and depot contracts, while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Being on the ground allows me to solve challenges in real-time, balancing cost control with top-tier service to keep our fleet in peak condition.
