COMMUNITY
Social responsibility
Inspired by the interests and recommendations of our employees, Triton is dedicated to supporting a variety of causes each year. This initiative reflects our collective commitment to making a meaningful difference in our communities.
Our Commitment to Community and Social Responsibility

At Triton, we believe that corporate success is not just measured by financial growth but by the positive impact we make in the world. Our commitment to our community is deeply rooted in our culture and is driven by the passion, teamwork and dedication of our employees. Together, we work to support global and local initiatives that have a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.

Empowered by our people, committed to a better world

At Triton, our employees are the driving force behind our social responsibility efforts. Their passion, dedication, and generosity fuel our commitment to sustainable practices and improving lives in the communities where we operate. Our initiatives focus on three core areas:

Sustainability and environmental stewardship

Our teams actively champion conservation efforts, promote responsible resource management, and seek innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint. Through coastal and local park cleanups, recycling initiatives, and sustainable business practices, we are working toward a greener future.

Fighting hunger in our communities

We are committed to addressing food shortages by supporting hunger relief programs, food distribution initiatives, and partnerships with local food banks. Our employees actively organize food drives and volunteer with community organizations to ensure food access to people in need.

Humanitarian aid and disaster relief

Triton is committed to supporting recovery efforts when crises strike. Through corporate donations, we help support global and local organizations that provide critical aid to communities in need. For several years, Triton has also supported Doctors without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontieres), a global organization that provides lifesaving medical care to those most in need, including populations in distress and victims of disasters and armed conflict.

A culture of giving back

At Triton, we encourage our employees to be actively involved in their communities, and we provide employees with company-sponsored volunteer opportunities in areas aligned with our corporate social responsibility priorities, as well as an "employee give back day" benefit to allow them to dedicate time to a charitable cause that matters to them. Additionally, we offer matching donations for employee contributions to non-profit organizations. Through these initiatives, we empower our employees to help build a better future.

Global teams, local impact: Protecting nature together

Volunteers in Taipei and Seoul cleaned local shores, while those in Singapore kayaked to collect plastic waste. In Hong Kong, we partnered with Greeners Action for a beach cleanup. Meanwhile, in Shanghai, team members removed debris at Chongming Dongtan to help protect migratory birds. To support wetland and wildlife conservation, the London team pruned hedgerows and tended gardens. Over in New York, the team cleared litter and installed anti-slip wire along boardwalks.

Rooted in action: Caring for our parks and wildlife

In New York, we partnered with Westchester Parks Foundation to maintain accessible hiking trails and restore a native garden at Muscoot Farm. For Earth Day, our Lexington team joined Bluegrass Greensource to clean up Woodland Park. In Hong Kong, we collaborated with LoveXpress, while our teams in Taiwan and Singapore planted trees to support greener cities.

Stronger together: Giving back to our communities

Our Lexington team brought holiday joy to local kids with “Merry Bikemas,” washing, assembling, and repairing bikes that were delivered right to their doorsteps. Meanwhile, our New York team brightened the season for 40 children through the United Way’s Giving Tree program. Some team members also volunteered at Feeding Westchester, packing an incredible 651 pounds of food to support families in need.
