This year, the Singapore team brought its annual beach cleaning initiative across the waters to the shores of Batam. The clean-up gave colleagues an opportunity to support environmental responsibility while spending meaningful time together outside the office.

During the clean-up, volunteers worked together to collect approximately 10kg of waste from the beach, including plastic bottles, Styrofoam and even a rice sack. After rolling up their sleeves for the environmental effort, the team wrapped up the activity with fun filled team building games, creating a memorable combination of giving back, teamwork and laughter.

“The initiative served as a meaningful reminder that even small collective actions can make a difference for the environment,” said Tricia Low, Office Manager at Triton International.

By combining volunteer service with team bonding, the retreat reflected the team’s commitment to supporting local communities, strengthening connections and contributing to a cleaner shoreline.
